How can a small English speaking church in SW France change lives in India?
The Chaplaincy of Aquitaine in south west France covers an area the size of Wales and has over 10 different worship centres. The Chaplaincy has it’s own charitable arm known as ChapAid and every year each centre selects a charity to support and aims to raise at least 10% of their budgeted income for their chosen charity.
This year the small church known as the Anglican Church of Condom in the Gers has voted to support Friends of TREAD. They will be fundraising throughout the year and began with a fellowship lunch on Maundy Thursday at which they raised more than enough to support two Grace Tailoring students for a whole year! Take a look at Postcards from India to see how the lives of two students has been transformed.
